Development of an intelligent system which integrates a classical process control.
This system implements several soft-sensors algorithms able to anticipate the event when in-line analyzers (sulfur, NIR ..) become unstable giving wrong results to the process control loop.
Process engineers are therefore warned several hours before the events occur.
These soft-sensors, coupled with a robust data forecasting algorithm (which simulate the working analyzers), eliminates the need to stop the process for checking the in-line analyzers and allows the scheduling of the necessary maintenance for the analyzers.
This approach can be applied to many kind of industrial plants (distillation columns, blending ...) and other applied engineering problems.

Supervision, control and automation software system of sampling operations of petrolchemical products from oil tankers and vessels.
The system controls the fixed sampling systems PRIME made by Autocontrol Technologies.
Our software system is currently installed and running in the following sites:
- Porto Petroli Genova - Italy
- Raffineria SASOL (Siracusa - Italy)
- Porto Petroli Trieste - Italy

| Software ISO3171 |
Software implementing the ASTM - ISO3171 procedure in order to predict the presence and the tipology of a fluid mixer for plants that work with biphasic fluids (tipical is water+oil) and need a particular mixing degree between the two phases.

| TMPS NetManager system |
Integrated control and monitoring software for the management of an anti-intrusion system constituted by passive defence tactical sensors and infrared cameras.
The whole system has been installed and is actually running in a military air-base in Italy.
