Our core-business is depicted by the following projects where DepQuest is actually involved:

• industrial automation/control distributed system applied in the petrolchemical field (multiprotocol server, distributed network architecture, open to DCS systems).

• development of a feed-forward non-conventional model in order to simulate in-vivo pharmacokinetic curves. The main goal of the project is to avoid the use of vitro-vivo correlations and/or experimental coefficients based on human behaviour measurements.

• technical and scientifical knowledge management in industrial field, where the key points are: augmented information (information enrichment in order to produce high-level information from raw-data), knowledge management, knowledge discovery and datamining (information analysis, non omogeneus information repositories)

• development of Soft-Sensors in order to predict in advance the failures of process analysers (NIR, sulfur analysers ...) in petrochemical plants (distillation, blending ...) and other applied engineering problems

• development of data-forecasting algorithms in order to simulate process analysers output (NIR, sulfur analysers ...) when the true measure is temporary unavailable.

• development of image template and pattern matching algorithms for applications in multidimensional analysis instrumentation (GCxGC)
